She Must Go (Timberlake Records via Big Shoulders Records) is composer and pianist Brian Byrne’s bold reimagining of the song cycle. Commissioned by the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the album unites timeless poetry by Emily Dickinson, Walt Whitman, Sara Teasdale, Robert Frost, Emma Lazarus, and Dylan Thomas with powerful new lyrics by Alan Bergman, Steven Sater, and Kasey Jones.

The music is brought to life by a stellar lineup of guest artists including:

Brian Byrne is a Golden Globe–nominated, Irish-born composer, conductor, producer and orchestrator whose work spans film, television and concert music. He collaborates internationally with filmmakers, artists and orchestras across the United States, Ireland and the UK, creating music from intimate chamber scores to large-scale orchestral productions.
